Deadlock on rwlock_begin_read in multiplexer_is_readable

There appears to be a deadlock on the rwlock read on a multiplexer. I have no idea what could cause this. Needs to be fixed

NOTE:
Happened while running doom (non windowed).
I would assume the conditions for recreating this is two processes (or even separate CPUs?) reading on the keyboard multiplexer

Deadlocks happen. Multiplexers use green threads, so obviously there's a possibility of a deadlock. I've said this before and I'll say this again, stop being a dickhead. I'll leave this to @Dcraftbg to report if he wants, I won't, and yes I know I'm falling hard for ragebait but I don't care.

Good call deleting his messages. @skipschool this is harassment and to some degree could even be considered targeted bullying. I know you're a 15 year old trying to ragebait some random people online but I hope you know this is not okay.
