the test should be test both the api and the UI

UI Test

• It should process uploaded files , add second file, it should process both , remove one of the files , it should be removed form db and vectore database
• it should update the metadata for the files that already indexed
• it should remove all the files that related to the connection when user delete the connection
• it should store the correct number of the processed files when user add new big file
