Includes:

  • Bugfix: fixed bug and added tests for the case where a reduced area view (rather than full field imaging) causes an undefined reference_image.
  • Feature enhancement: improved realignment with the fiducial marker. We found that the beam shift is not as accurate for large movements, so the alignment step is repeated to cover this case.
