C++ application to ask questions in the commandline

1. make ask player's name the first question in the loop
2. cope with players with 2 or 4 names
3. choose a previous player to ask about
4. check the player has submitted the correct answer
5. set number of questions to ask
6. only show multiple choice options for those questions
