IFCDB is a professional database system developed by Shanghai DeeJoin Information Technology Co., Ltd. Designed to align with OpenBIM standards(such as IFC), it employs a cloud-native architecture and integrates both NoSQL and NewSQL technologies. This system addresses the complex challenge of unifying the management of massive, structurally intricate BIM data throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing a standard SQL interface for the unified manipulation of attribute, geometric, and relational data. IFCDB deeply integrates AI models to create an intelligent agent capable of natural language interaction; it can accurately interpret commands to execute operations such as data querying, geometry extraction, clash detection, and quantity takeoff.
No limit on the number of model merges, supporting the merging of multiple sub-models or cross-professional models. The system provides powerful 3D visualization capabilities, including interactive functions such as sectioning, measurement, transparency, and isolation.
Structured storage of attributes for all models in the database. Supports flexible queries based on natural language (e.g., query volume, range query, count IFC type quantities, etc.). Query results can be intuitively displayed in various forms such as pie charts.
Equipped with powerful IFC "reorganization" capabilities. Whether components are from a single model or multiple models, query results can be directly exported as independent IFC files, facilitating opening by third-party software or secondary development.
Supports complex multi-condition AI queries. One-click quick quantity calculation and result export. Compared with manual quantity calculation, IFCDB can reduce the processing time from hours to minutes, especially proficient in handling massive steel bar models.
Supports full-model collision detection. Based on efficient spatial indexing, collision positions, component information, and collision volumes can be calculated with simple instructions, and 3D visual positioning can be performed.
