Clone the repository:
git clone <repository-url> cd RealEstateManagementSystem

Update the connection string in
appsettings.json:"ConnectionStrings": { "DefaultConnection": "Server=(localdb)\\mssqllocaldb;Database=RealEstateDB;Trusted_Connection=true;MultipleActiveResultSets=true" }

Run the application:
dotnet run

The application will automatically:
- Create the database if it doesn't exist
- Run migrations
- Seed initial data (admin user and sample properties)
- Launch at
http://localhost:5072orhttps://localhost:7177

The application is configured with the Home page (Home/Index) as the default starting point.
