Add docs/retrieving-usage-data.mdx as a single guide covering all ways to retrieve DeepL API usage data (admin area UI tabs, key-level CSV export, /usage endpoint, Admin API analytics), with a data-source comparison table. Move the key-level usage section out of managing-api-keys.mdx and replace it with a cross-link. Add the new page to the Admin nav group in docs.json.

Mintlify's heading slugger preserves & and a leading / in heading IDs, so the 'API Keys & Limits tab' and '/usage endpoint' jump links pointed at non-existent anchors. Point them at the actual generated IDs (api-keys-&-limits-tab and /usage-endpoint), verified against the rendered page.
Add screenshots to the API Keys & Limits tab and API Usage tab sections, and link the open-source usage analytics dashboard project from the Admin API section.
