Add Logistic Regression baseline & fix documentation issues

[Hello, I would like to contribute to the QuickFactChecker project. I have prepared a comparison of baseline models for the LIAR dataset, including Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, and Random Forest, and identified that Logistic Regression achieves the highest accuracy . Additionally, I can help improve the documentation by fixing typos, adding missing installation steps (especially for Windows users), and clarifying instructions. I would be grateful if you could assign this issue/project to me so I can submit my contribution.
