Code-role v0.4.0: Less Process, Stronger Outcomes / 更少流程，更强交付

Code-role v0.4.0 is now available.

This release refactors both the four-workstation Minimal Profile and eight-role Full Profile around observable OKR delivery:

• delivery KRs describe user, product, business, or runtime outcomes;
• each assignment targets one exact failed evidence item;
• complete assignments start roles immediately;
• each role owes one primary professional artifact;
• Engineering cannot approve itself;
• Independent Evaluation separately reports whether evaluation ran and whether the KR passed.

The loop is shorter, while the completion boundary is harder.

Code-role v0.4.0 已发布。

这一版用可观测的 OKR 交付重新组织四工位最小版和八角色完整版：任务书到达即执行，每次只修一个明确的失败证据，每个角色只强制交付一份主专业产物，工程不能自我验收，独立评估分别判断评估是否真实执行以及 KR 是否通过。
