ChatGPT Memory v2.0.0
ChatGPT Memory v2.0.0
This release turns the app into a focused two-tab ChatGPT memory workflow for iOS.
What changed
- Added a dedicated Memory tab for saved ChatGPT conversations.
- Added Save Context in the ChatGPT tab.
- Saves the current ChatGPT conversation as both:
- Markdown
- Saved chats are stored inside the app Memory vault by chat title.
- Memory now shows saved chat names only.
- Tap a saved chat to open its PDF and Markdown.
- Swipe left on a saved chat to delete it.
- Added a compact custom bottom switcher for ChatGPT and Memory.
- Added an app icon for the IPA.
- Added on-demand export when starting a new chat from a saved memory.
New chat from memory
From a saved chat, press Start New Chat and choose:
- PDF + Markdown
- PDF only
- Markdown only
- No file, insert Markdown text
The app only exports files for the saved chat you are currently viewing. It does not download every saved chat automatically.
On iOS 16, direct silent attachment into ChatGPT is limited by WebKit. The app makes the selected PDF or Markdown available through app storage, then you can tap ChatGPT’s + button, choose Files, and select the exported file from ChatGPT Memory.
Notes
- This release does not require Supabase for the local Memory workflow.
- Saved context stays local to the device.
- ChatGPT page changes may require future updates to the conversation extractor.
- Build is intended for iOS 16 and TrollStore/manual install workflows.
