Render enrolment message at the end of client enrolment

• Add a toggle to the enrolement settings to allow skipping
• Admin can decide to display enrolment message or skip it
• What should be shown in case the admin skipped it (success message or straight to instance list)
• These affect core (UI for admin) and client app (skip enrollment message)
