Description

As a user, I want to access support resources from within the app.

AC:

  • A dedicated "Support" screen is accessible from the sidebar
  • Show a "Go to documentation" button that opens the Defguard documentation in the browser
  • Show a "Report on Github" button for bug reports, with explanatory text about attaching support data/logs
  • Show a "Submit on Github" button for feature requests
  • Show a "Contact us" section with the Matrix support channel handle and support email address
