AC:
- A dedicated "Support" screen is accessible from the sidebar
- Show a "Go to documentation" button that opens the Defguard documentation in the browser
- Show a "Report on Github" button for bug reports, with explanatory text about attaching support data/logs
- Show a "Submit on Github" button for feature requests
- Show a "Contact us" section with the Matrix support channel handle and support email address
