ACL testing

• new rules are applied on the gateway only after second application
• reversed IP address range results in error 500
• it's possible to assign port outside of uint 16 range, results gateway error:
  Interface configuration failed: Firewall error: Type conversion error: Invalid port number (65536): out of range integral type conversion attempted
• once "allow/deny all" users/devices is selected, selecting corresponding allow/deny all checkbox leaves all the objects in the input
• no validation message when destination address form contains invalid input
• modified rules may/should be marked in the UI?
• removing objects from allowed/denied input fields is unintuitive
• "conflicting rule" error does not disappear after removing the object from one of the input fields
• all_networks flag being ignored when fetching active ACLs for a location
• tooltip for topmost rule is partially obscured
• should show some different identificator in edit form if a location has ACL disabled (but is already assigned to this rule)
