Implement LetsEncrypt HTTP-01 challenge for Edge

We need to:

• Change the initial wizard/migration wizard/testing wizard to check if automatically provision certificates
• Change initial wizard
• Change migration wizard
• Change auto adoption (testing) wizard
• Transmit logs to frontend in case of an error during LE certificate provisioning
• automatically provision LE certificates for Edge using LetsEncrypt HTTP-01
• Implement self signed provisioning path
• Implement upload path
• Store them in CORE and provision them to all Edge components
• Consider edge cases
