Add ``from_imod5_data`` method to MetaSwapModel

Method should create MetaSwapModel and its packages from imod5 data.

• Nice to have: read and write lookup tables
• Support both specifying sprinkling with a grid of locations OR with an IPF with wellids and accompanying rates that connects a grid of wellids. We can create an object for this like SprinklingMultipleSources.
