[Bug] - Incorrect row/col indices when clipping idf_svat.inp (MetaSWAP)

When the MetaSWAP clip_box function is applied (imod.msw.MetaSwapModel.clip_box), the row/column indices of the clipped file idf_svat.inp file (second and third column) are not transformed into local row/column indices, resulting in incorrect output or a crash.

Nice catch! I see this is because we determine the row and column numbers already upon initialization. The clip box method doesn't call the init method. I see we overrided the regrid method which initiates a new IdfMapping object to work around this. Alternatively we could move all the logic to find rows/cols to be called upon calling write instead of init. This is more consistent with the rest of the package. My preference goes to the latter, as we then don't need to reinitiate the package each time we change the grid (regridding, clipping, splitting etc).
