[FEATURE] - ``MetaSwapModel.from_imod5_data`` sprinkling from IPF files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently only support defining sprinkling wells for MetaSWAP from IDF files. For the NHI, defining sprinkling from IPF files is increasingly used, so we therefore also have to support this.
