Bug: Early Return Causes Incomplete Conversation Cleanup

The new ConversationNotFoundException handler in task_finish_conversation_hook can cause incomplete conversation finalization. If ConversationNotFoundException is raised by conversation_service.get_chunk_counts() or the second conversation_service.update() call, the function returns early. This occurs after the conversation is marked is_finished=True but before follow-up tasks (merge, ETL, summarization) are executed, leaving the conversation in an inconsistent state.
