This renames the shipped skill from mat-cli-heapdump-investigator to mat-cli and updates the README install example to match. It rewrites the main skill guide into a quicker command map with clearer quick start, discovery, and task-focused sections. It also refreshes the bundled references and metadata so they point to the current mat-cli command set, including biggest-objects and objects --by variants instead of the older first-line command names.
