Near-field term needs to be clearly mentioned in different methods

Currently, the Filon integral and its adaptive version **do not calculate** the near-field term, that is, the second term among the four integral terms (`p=1`).
It should be mentioned in the document, or an option should be added in the program to allow users to decide whether to add near-field items?
