北京大学张海明教授和冯禧博士编著的 《地震学中的Lamb问题（下）》 给出了三类Lamb问题的广义闭合解，这里上传我自己对照该书编程实现的 第一类Lamb问题的解，方便与频域解做一个对比。
增加如下 C 模块和 Python 函数：
