v25.1.27: clean predict function and fix a couple issues

- clean predict function
- fixed issue with DIC when outcomes include NAs
- added support for recurrent events in complex joint models
- fixed issue when mixing "copy" (i.e., SRE_ind) association and "fake likelihood" association together in a model for predictions
