• A fixed issue that waited for an answer gets fixed-in-next-release again also when GitHub fails to list the releases while the morning sweep sees the merge. Since 1.3.0 the sweep asked first whether a release already ships the fix, so such a failure kept needs-info or stale on the issue, and the same sweep could remind its reporter or close it as unanswered. Now the labels come first, and the release closes the issue as before.
