Initial spike, needs a little more tweaking, but it builds the
.mdfile on project build from the documentation XML file. Debating if this is better, or anmkdocstringsplugin which does something similar? Mkdocstrings would allow us to have selectors that remove a lot of the protobuf wrapper types.
