Add feedback when killing an Application #57
Description
It would be nice to provide feedback when killing an application. So far the only "feedback" is that the Application list will be reloaded and the Application is either gone or still there.
An Eclipse Job with progress (number of Modules that responded / number of Modules running the Application) would also be good, but that would need support in ApplicationManager.
