Dictate for Wear OS 4.3.0-w2 (Watch-shapes fix)

Wear OS-only re-release fixing the Google Play "Watch shapes" rejection of 4.3.0-w1 (version code 100124). The phone app is unchanged and stays on 4.3.0 (123).

What changed (Wear OS)

• Round-display layout fix — the numbers keypad and the emoji grid filled the full rectangular width, so on circular watches their corner cells (keys 1/3/⌫/⏎ and the outer emoji columns) were clipped by the edge. Page content is now inset by the BoxInset factor (≈14.6% of the screen) so it fits inside the circle's inscribed square — nothing is cut off. Square watches are unaffected.

Verified on a round 454×454 Wear OS emulator.
