Prerequisites

• [Release] Build a signed release Android App Bundle #452 - Requires AAB uploaded to an internal or closed testing track.

Acceptance criteria

• Release AAB is uploaded to an internal or closed testing track.
• Pre-launch report is run.
• Crashes, ANRs, policy warnings, and severe accessibility warnings are triaged.
• Release-blocking findings are fixed or explicitly accepted by the release owner.

• Work only on this issue's scope.
• Do not modify unrelated release issues.
• If this issue is blocked by external access or human approval, prepare the needed checklist/text and leave the issue open.
• Codex may triage report text if exported, but running the report requires Play Console/upload access.
