Architect Repositories for Main Websites (DevOps Visions, Elmentor Program, Community Blog) #12

@MohamedRadwan-DevOps

Description

@MohamedRadwan-DevOps

We have three key websites under our ecosystem:

  1. DevOps Visions Website
  2. Elmentor Program Website
  3. DevOps Visions Community Blog

The Elmentor Program website has been completed by Ayman, and the Community Blog was completed by Rehab. And we need another one for DevOps Visions. Now, we need to ensure all three repositories are architected consistently with a proper structure for maintainability, configuration, and deployment.

Objectives

  • Define a standard repository structure for all three websites
  • Organize configuration components (e.g., site config, assets, layouts, templates)
  • Define where and how DNS/domain setup should be configured and maintained
  • Ensure each repo contains any required automation (e.g., deployment workflows, build steps)

Items

  • Rehab to create and document the repository architecture standard for all websites
  • Ayman to apply the same structure from Elmentor website to DevOps Visions Website
  • Review existing repos (Elmentor and Community Blog) and align all three to match the agreed structure

Notes

This ensures all web properties are aligned, making maintenance and future development easier and more structure correctly.
