get_field only read inline frontmatter values, so skills authored with a YAML block scalar (description: | followed by indented lines) produced an empty description in the generated index. Detect block scalar indicators (| / >, with optional chomping) and join the following indented lines into a single-line description. Regenerate INDEX.md and README.md. All 11 skills now render descriptions. Previously blank: commitment-tracker, email-follow-up-tracker, findmeetingtimes-timezone, focus-time-blocker, inbox-triage-pass, meeting-transcript-creation, morning-briefing, ooo-task-handoff-planner.
Notes
validate-prompts.shbehavior is unaffected.globstar(an environment-only limitation), while the script targets the Linux dev container / CI.
