Rapid post-release updating, let's gooooooo!!!!

Contains:

• fixes blogs not sorted by alphabetical order  #2 ;
• adds @Gold role to available roles (via appsettings.json update);
• fixes bot not responding when user tries to select disallowed role;
• other minor bug fixes;
• random colour command;
• Random Status feature;
• added a new command that allows people to individually disable the pings;
• re-enabled ping on vote by default;

Additionally, default appsettings.json is now set up to register commands specifically in devsub guild. I have no clue if it'll work, or even cause more issues, but until Discord fixes the global commands bug on their end, we can at least try this.

Bootstrapper should be ran as it adds a new collection to DB. It might be ok to not run it as no index was added, but hey, won't hurt to run it just in case.
