Note

If your device is running iOS 12.2 or later, please download CellularInfo_1.0.tipa.
If your device is running iOS 12.0–12.1.x, please download CellularInfo_1.0_min_iOS_12.0.tipa.

There is no functional difference between the two versions.
The packages are separated because iOS 12.0–12.1.x requires bundled Swift runtime libraries, while later iOS versions already include them. This helps reduce unnecessary storage usage for users.
