ExoPlayer is being merged with the AndroidX media library. This PR migrated ExoPlayer over to Media3 and also removed a lot of custom views/implementations of code. It should improve stability long-term as it relies on the Google developed UI components.
Additionally, there are a few other improvements made. This also upgrades a lot of the dependencies and compile version, to prep for a publish to the Play Store.
