…Ex) (#28) Decoupled NowProto DVC code from MsRdpEx: - MsRdpEx do not Require direct dependency on NowProto/NowClient libraries now. - MsRdpEx now hosts a pipe server for DVC channel (see Devolutions/MsRdpEx#144) New `NowDvcApp` implements pipe client which connects to MsRdpEx counterpart for DVC communication. Follow-up tasks: - Implement pipe server in IronRDP - (?) Adds a few buttons for calling the layout switcher feature in now-proto DVC
