[BUG] Mozilla Thunderbird ESR can't update

### Describe your issue

I got a prompt that an update for `Mozilla Thunderbird ESR` is available (from ver. `140.10.0` to `140.10.11`), and as always I tried updating, but this time it didn't work. Every time prior to now, Thunderbird ESR updated successfully, but now it throws this error after clicking on more details:
