[BUG] Portable package update deletes the package

### Describe your issue

Trying to update a portable app package using a custom path (such as C:/Software/Whatever) through Uniget + Winget succeeds, but in actuality simply deletes the package from my computer. To update to a new version successfully, I have to manually reinstall the package from the Discover Packages tab.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install a portable app using a custom path, such as C:/Software/Whatever
2. When a new version of that portable app is available, update it.
3. The app and its folder will vanish from your custom path. UniGet thinks the app was successfully updated.
