  • Upgrade from macos-12 runners to macos-15
    • Migrate projects to net9 (xamarin no longer present)
    • Fix python issues
    • Upgrade to NDK 27 for android to support 16KB page size
    • Removed all xamarin projects, only dotnet-core is used now.
    • Fixed Android emulator (switch to ubuntu)
