Description

Split treasury funds into reserves, rewards, and operational funds.

Tasks

• Define allocation percentages:
  • reserve_percent
  • rewards_percent
  • operations_percent
• Implement:
  • allocate_treasury()
• Ensure total allocation = 100%
• Update internal balances accordingly

Acceptance Criteria

• Allocation logic correct
• No overflow or mismatch
• Invalid configs rejected
