Move to DiGi-Organization: update owner links and workspace paths The DiGi repositories were transferred from ZiolkowskiJakub to DiGi-Organization (client projects to DigiProject-Organization) and the local workspace folder was renamed from DigiProject to DiGi. - Owner replaced in links, issue references and sync-wiki.yml (old URLs keep redirecting). - Workspace paths DigiProject/... -> DiGi/... in docs and comments. - Regenerated .agents and the README guideline block, which also carries the pending Coding - YOLO.md guideline updates. Year Built pipeline: two-stage detector-only dating, identity, clearing Step 5 is now the first-confident-detection rule rather than an ML.NET regressor; the model table records the dating-rule identity, the shipped detector's SHA-256 and why counties must be rewritten before they are dated (DiGi.GIS.YOLO.UI#23), with #28 clearing noted. Name the two run surfaces and the extensions hosting (DiGi.GIS.YOLO.UI#7) The pipeline guide described execution as "handled unattended by the headless console runner" and stopped there, so nothing on this wiki said the tray application drives that runner, or that on a deployed host it ships as an optional extension of it rather than as a folder of its own. That omission matters for the operator question this page is read for: whether a given machine can run a prediction at all. A database host receives none of the ML payload by design, so it does not offer the task; only a machine flagged as ML-capable at deployment does. Drop "per-pass" from the recipe cross-link DiGi.GIS.YOLO.UI#8 combined the detections and scoring passes into one run, so the recipe no longer ships a file per pass.
