Are there any guidelines that can help, tell me what all is needed to do to add a new country (say "lithuania") to the list of locales? I would like to contribute and add a few missing countries to the list.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to test with a few multiple locales (Greece, Lithuania, Spain etc) that are not currently available in the list of java locales. I like faker and thus would like to add these countries to the list of available countries. I however do not know, what all files, I need to touch, change, add to make this work.

If you could share a read me file that explains what all needs to be changed to make this work and any helpful pointers, that would be awesome.

I searched for other solutions which can do this in java but didnt come across any as good as faker.
