Does the RTEMS BUILD_ARCH work? We normally only compile on linux-x86_64 with cross compilation to RTEMS.

On a second thought, it really doesn't make sense to have RTEMS in BUILD_ARCH. |

These changes make sure that vxWorks binaries are not built, what was causing issues in using the
snprintf
