For beam lines that use multiplex as mid-experiment feedback on whether enough data has been collected, this needs a fast turnaround. Occasionally, a dials job will hang, which then prevents multiplex running until a time out has occurred. VMXm have noted that this can really hinder experiments which need rapid feedback and have requested a shorter time out, even though this means any hung dials jobs won't be included. This makes the necessary changes in the trigger service for beamline specific delay parameters (corresponding PR into internal zocalo for recipe updates).
