DSR-built binary release for the 0.3 renderer wave.
Highlights:
- Preserves the 0.3.0 renderer feature set: shared HTML/PDF syntax highlighting, Mermaid/MMD fences, measured PDF tables, fitted ASCII diagrams, local PDF assets, staged native writes, optional Asupersync batch rendering, browser/WASM package sources, and vector SVG/frankenmermaid PDF drawing.
- Includes the late HTML base64 encoder and PDF empty-segment drawing passes; the rejected PDF decimal-string trial remains out of shipped source.
- Ships checksum-verified archives for Linux x86_64, macOS Intel, macOS Apple Silicon, and Windows x86_64, plus compatibility aliases, SHA256SUMS, per-asset .sha256 sidecars, and the DSR manifest.
- Verified with fmt, check, clippy, full tests, WASM native byte parity, cargo publish dry-run, DSR release verification, and live installer smoke tests on Linux, mac-mini-max, and wlap.
Note: crates.io still lists 0.2.0. The 0.3.1 crate package dry-run passes, but actual cargo publish is blocked on this machine by missing crates.io credentials.
