Adding support for Lidarr

It would be great to add support for Lidarr and its profiles for music. I have working changes locally and would like to discuss contributing.

As per the contribution.md files, I would like to discuss here as it will require schema and profile database changes

We've discussed lidarr in the past and unfortunately decided against it frankly due to the fact that it's kind of crap lol. We are hoping the new arr version by the autobrr team will include music and would rather support that instead.

autobrr doesn't replace the arr apps, it's a layer in front to download content based on release/schedule. Just like Seerr and others. Not sure how that will help here when Lidarr will still be required as will Sonarr and Radarr?

They are making their own replacement of radarr sonarr lidarr etc
