- Added new PWUE module that loads both PUE and WUE values from CSV - Added WUE column to SpruceColumn - Updated Water module to use stored WUE values instead of reloading CSV - Updated configuration files to use PWUE instead of PUE module - Updated tests to provide WUE values in test data - Added comprehensive PWUE module tests - Updated documentation to reflect changes This refactoring centralizes PUE/WUE data loading, improving efficiency and maintaining the same functionality with cleaner architecture.
