USD Assets: Thumbnail / Cards Generation #4
Description
For USD Assets hosted by DPEL, we should consider providing a Python script that automatically generates thumbnails (UsdMediaAssetPreviewsAPI) and/or cards (Draw Mode) representations so that they can be consistently applied. The script should iterate over leaf model / component prims on the stage, frame, render, and update.
As an example, ALab provides cards, but not thumbnails.
