Error in ZIP file

Describe the bug
After unzipping DiskImageTool.zip, one obtain a file named "de\DiskImageTool.resources.dll" instead of a file named "DiskImageTool.resources.dll" in a "de" folder.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download https://github.com/Digitoxin1/DiskImageTool/releases/download/v2.37.01/DiskImageTool_2.37.01.zip
2. Do a right click on it, in Nemo 6.6.3 (Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3) and choose Extract here.

Expected behavior
DiskImageTool.resources.dll file should be extracted in a \de folder.

This seems like a bug with the extractor and not the .zip file. I'll do some testing and see if I can reproduce this behavior.
