Front-end as a plugin for IDEA

I have an idea: what if we embed the CodexMonitor front-end into IDEA?

What do you think about it?
Would it be OK if I do this? (as an open-source plugin and not a paid plugin)?

(just an idea, I am still trying to find a proper tooling and workflow for AI-based development).
