docs(wiki): Feature Manager — publish the Notes row and correct a dependency count The live wiki still described the Notes tab as tiles/walls/lights/sounds/ tokens, from before the 6.12.0 grouped placeable-note tray. Effects & Spells claimed three toggles depend on the Spell Activity System, but only two of them sit in that table; the third, Spell Configuration Panels, is under Item Automation.
