Pages: record why a tag ref cannot deploy, and the ink terminology
The github-pages environment here takes master only, so a release-ref run is
refused before its first step -- no steps, no log, just a red X. That cost the
release trigger twelve failures before anyone read the environment settings
instead of the empty logs. Also records that ink/Ink Dispenser is display-only,
and that i18n.resources.js is keyed on rendered English, which is the one place
a rename breaks translations without saying so.

Record final Smart Home binary evidence
Record the 214.808 s relink, 8.544 s no-change build, final DLL identity, and bit-identical primary captures. The binary changed its fingerprint one last time; the screenshots politely declined to move even one bit.

Record the bounded Home Assistant handover, runtime limits, native evidence, and the 44 px text-button regression. The buttons had somehow auditioned as tiny elevator controls; they now keep enough room to say what they do.
