Describe the solution you'd like
With the idea of Discord alternatives showing up, I want to make alternatives for the platforms I use. So the idea is that anything that could be useful on other plugins should be in it's own dependency.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Forcing DiscordLab.Bot to be a dependency of these plugins, but then it would require the Discord.Net dependencies, even if not used.
